It is time to draw some conclusions. This year looks promising. We have high quality visual novel games, but most importantly, serious companies have started to emerge in the porn game market and are investing budgets to create 3D RPG games worthy of 2022. The rankings are visibly improving year on year, which gives us an optimistic outlook for the coming years.

It looks like the predictions I made last year have come true. We were talking about the need for porn games that can provide some of the experience of mainstream games and it looks like this year we’re seeing projects like that.

Story

The goal of the game is the constant development of the main character Devlin in order for him to acquire the required skill set and resources needed to overcome the game’s challenges. Devlin’s parents divorced when he was just a toddler – an episode his mother was always reluctant and, as Devlin guessed, somewhat ashamed to talk about. His father soon remarried with a much younger woman who had a daughter of her own. Despite his demanding job with in the US Army, the man managed to admirably take care of both his families, and so, although not being entirely present, he became a role model for young Devlin.

At the age of 14 Devlin had to face the tragic event of his mother passing after a hard fought battle with cancer. He moved in with his father, stepmother and stepsister, although the latter was mostly away in Europe to study.. Soon after his 18th birthday his old man told them he was scheduled to go on tour in Iraq and although the details of his mission were obviously secret, he did let them know he is bound to return in 3 months.

The game is developed in Unity by Global Games Network and is a high-quality, first-person, story and dialogue-driven 3D game.

The company has been working on developing this project for over a year, and their official website features 9 members occupying different roles. They also said that they work with other people on an outsourced basis, bringing the team to a total of 20 members.

Considering it’s a legally registered company with employees and they pay taxes, it seems like a serious project for the future, but it remains to be seen, they still have a lot to show.

I said above that this project is trying to revolutionize the adult games industry and that it has a different technical structure than visual novel games. Let’s elaborate on this and see if that’s the case.

Taste of Seduction Game – AdultGamesOn

First of all, the game is 3D which leads to a more interesting and better connection with the player. It has a graphic quality worthy of the year 2022 compared to many other games not just in the porn industry. The game characters are custom made, not found in other projects. The environment is also custom. Taste Of Seduction also comes with something new in this segment, voice-over and actors performing the dialogue. It gives a more realistic experience, at least I felt that way.

And the sound effects are interesting and fit quite well. The animations and expressions could still use improvement but they wrote on Patreon that they want to purchase an animation costume in the future which would be a big positive for them.

We can also talk about the lighting of this game, which from what I’ve seen was done by an artist specializing in such. In Unity it is known that the lighting is heavy and few games could achieve something beautiful, well, Tast Of Seduction excels in this chapter.

The sex scenes are very real from my point of view, I played it on 2K and take my word for it, it was amazing. There is room for improvement, I would like to see the excitement bar load faster and maybe turn sex into a minigame.

Conclusion

Our opinion is that this game is completely different from what exists on the porn game market. There are still many aspects to improve but this company promises a lot.

I think it is worth playing it and even watching and supporting this project on Patreon.

Also the producers announced that the game will appear on Steam soon.

Now, I don’t know for certain that part is fully fleshed out in game, but it’s there as an option
and will likely be answered in future updates. If you didn’t played the game, download it now and if you are on android, check out the latest android version for Summertime Saga.

You start the game as usual, a somewhat hapless, and at least a little nerdy teen male. Also, you have stats that can be pumped like strength, intelligence, charm etc.

You will have to gain them over time, though when I played the charm involved a mini game that was easy to fail… so it’s a bit more difficult than it needed to be. However it can’t really be skipped as certain female paths you can try for, do require “x” amount in a stat.

You can do jobs, and you will attend school. Even though the title says summer and it’s not specifically mentioned that you’re in summer school. It is one of those start from scratch and work to being ‘god of the
harem’ style games.

Some females actually require you take certain jobs in order to meet them at all.

There are side characters that don’t really have much story, but the main ones to pursue are easy enough to pick up on. There are a couple MILF options, including your landlady/father’s best friend, and her best friend Diane.

Side note; Diane in the version I played was I believe, the only one or one of perhaps two that had the option to be impregnated. If that’s your thing.
From what I’ve looked up, the sex mechanic might have a mini-game attached to it. I admit I didn’t actually get that far.

The game itself is a bit frustrating in needing certain stats to get anywhere socially. Watching the character fail too often can make some players angry. It is definitely a very slow-burn game.
Topping that, it’s not immediately obvious how to raise most of the stats.

For example with your strength, which you might need to stand up against bullies or impress a certain snobbish girl, you have to go to the cafeteria and talk to a friendly jock. That guy will tell you where to go to raise strength.

The means to actually do so also requires you to find an old pervert who runs the gym a pair of panties. Since he doesn’t tell you who might be willing to give them up or where you might get a pair without anyone being the wiser, it’s a big road-block to progress.

I admit I was never clear on how many days are in the game’s time limit, or whether it had one to speak of.

That is another aspect that to me needed to be much more clearly stated. I will give points to thinking an audience doesn’t want everything handed to them outright. But if I have to solve a rubix cube just to pump some iron so I can impress a girl, that’s too much.

There is a way to solve certain quests. However the game does not make them obvious and that can hurt some players as far as progress. The graphics are cartoonish, and won’t be for everyone. The means to gain money are varied, but the actual amount as far as I saw was not impressive if there is a limit on days in game.

You can for example somehow buy a house and a car to impress a certain type of female. If you can afford to.

The problem lies in the game economy, and again, very possibly limited days.

Most players that don’t chart things out to the “Nth” degree are not going to be able to get those items. Another thing in that is, there are game achievements.

While I appreciate the call out to console gaming, some of them are very unrealistic. A mirror to that problem in consoles’ achievements I suppose. More casual gamers may have a problem with these aspects.

To me, there was potential in the story for several paths. You can date a cheerleader type, with a former boyfriend who is a bane to you at first. You can try to woo your best friend character who’s a bit of a brain, but introverted. Innocent.

There’s a goth girl who likes the charming type and invites you to said mini-game of a rap battle. Again, it’s easy enough but will require a lot of reloads to get anywhere.

Each stat only has ten points. Trying for each point wastes time, and there are only four sections at best to each day.
Actually a lot of the content is minigames. They aren’t bad per say, but from what I played there’s not a lot you as the player can do to alter your actual personality.

You are the blank slate, questions asked are basically yes or no.

There may be a little more variety than that. Overall, I believe there’s a lot more that needed to be done with the game before I would be able to properly enjoy it. However, I’m just one person and many other gamers like Dark Souls where I don’t. Maybe I’m just not great at min-maxing.

The game is very much in the vein of the Sims, as a slice of life simulation. It can be fun. If you are willing to invest a fair amount of time and effort into getting something from the game. If that sounds like your perfect night in, all the power to you.

Some of the fetishes I know of are furry, domination, milking and again, pregnancy.

How much effect any of that has on the end I can’t really say. I didn’t manage to play long enough to get there myself.
Those who enjoy minecraft in style and mini-games as innovation in gameplay mechanics will possibly have better luck completing the game.

For me, it has an interesting premise with a wide variety of possible options. It is also far from complete as yet. Where it’ll go in the future is anyone’s guess. For fans of it’s genre I think it’ll be a wild ride to the end.

If you’re reading this I’ll assume that you’ve already played this game or at least you’ve dipped your toes in its murky waters. Without further ado, here are my thoughts after playing Milfy City.

First of all, the creators developed great characters. In the earlier versions, like the one I’ve played for the first time, one of the tags was the usual “landlady/best friend”. I know why they do this, but patching can be annoying if your download is slow.

At any speed, it is still a feature I would have kept, as not everyone is into certain taboos. That being said, it is indeed marked in one of the tags which is fair enough for me.

In many of these games you start off as the unfortunate blank slate, that is, however, an oddly lucky bastard. I will probably call it a token hero from now on if it applies. He is, shall we say, not the best tool at the start. However, it drives the story forward, which means that you don’t get a choice regarding him.

Here you’re introduced to a school counselor who is not so professional, but more interested in something else. Let’s just say that her mind has thoughts that are a bit more extreme than what she is allowed to have near a teenage boy. I’m digressing here, because she helps the players question where they want to go with the game, who they want to pursue and why.

The game is well done regarding that, despite knowing that it would almost never happen in real life.

You’re set to work on the goals you decide on.

There’s also a mini game on the computer, the only way to get money. Last time I played I found out that you can exploit it. However you can only do that to a certain extent and it is a bit boring to keep reloading saves.  

When I played it, the game was not completely finished, it was somehow an early release. So take what I say next with a grain of salt. Or a truckload, depending on you point of view. There is a character in the pool who you can tell is meant to be Tsundere, but I find it weird when looking at the beginning of the story.

The main character already has a dispute with one particular teacher, which is one of the focal points.

He wouldn’t be kind about pursuing a student like the one in the pool, and most would simply dismiss her and leave that mess alone. Which I know isn’t what she actually wants, and realistically, I think her character would have been best implemented later in the story.

Maybe after he’d already gained some sexual confidence in his conquest, so that he wouldn’t get so angry or easily upset with her.

There’s also the best friend that’s too shy and a little too willing to unintentionally heap on your character’s issues, but of course, she just wants to jump on your pogo. Of course, she will never actually tell you that.

Even though predictable, I also found the character and the writing charming. I know that it’s a trope, but I don’t really excuse it. I give as many points for realism as I’d have to take for her not being fully implemented yet.

When I played, they only options were landlady/sister–cousin-best friend/your Nemesis the teacher/random side characters, who, again, aren’t fully implemented yet. That usually happens with game development on patreon based websites. They do need funds and time to work and I understand that. The premise is intriguing enough.

There’s no real stat growth, though the quest log leaves a bit to be desired. It actually took me a long time to figure out how to get anywhere with the teacher, and you really need to make a lot of money before you even try that.

She’ll require several very expensive items in order to do anything with her.

Regarding the elder hot females, like the counselor Troy, the “fuck me” teacher or the miss “I’m married, but I’m lusting after my not-quite son”, I’d enjoy the full “I own you now”.

Or, like I said, if you don’t choose the harem route, then you can work for a brighter future with the love interest of your choice. All of that would work for a “true” end. After my experience with these type of games I have to admit that it will be a long, long way to go.

The characters were carefully thought out and clearly meant to be there. They were not created based on a simple thought like “Hey, let’s add variety”. The quality can sometimes be better, but the quantity can have perks. In this case, I’d say that quality wins.

Getting girls to like it’s not rocket since this time around. The teacher is the major obstacle. I also imagine that, when she’s done, the counselor will, as well, be harder to pursue. She would risk her job after all, so it’s only fair.

To conclude, my opinion is that the game is worth the effort. I’m sure it will be brilliant once it’s done. The worst thing about Milfy City is that it’s not done yet. I’d very much want it to be. Like right now. If I could only find a magic wand, God knows there are enough of them lying around in RPGs.
