What triggers the availability of the family record in the library?

I’ve found a walkthrough that simply states that this becomes available but without explanation as to WHY or HOW.

Who do i need to fuck, or mind break to get this to trigger?

I’ve downloaded it yesterday and it’s a blast! I caught myself playing it for few hours straight, not because of 18+ content, but because I was honestly interested with the story. Keep up the good work! 🙂
